Why buyers trust our SWRO desalination projects

We design each plant around the site, not the catalog. So a ship needs a compact skid, while a farm needs high flow. Meanwhile, we pick membranes and pumps to match the feed water. Hence, every system reaches its rated capacity and salt rejection. Furthermore, we test and run each machine before shipping. Therefore, our clients start production fast after delivery.

We build both seawater and brackish water plants. So we cover TDS from a few thousand up to 35,000 ppm. Moreover, we supply seawater desalination systems as skids or inside containers. Meanwhile, our containerized RO plant designs suit remote islands and job sites. Hence, you get one supplier for design, build, and after-sales support.

How we plan each SWRO desalination project

Every strong plant starts with clear data about your water. So we first ask for your feed water report and target flow. Meanwhile, we check temperature, TDS, turbidity, and site power. Hence, we size the pumps, membranes, and pretreatment correctly. Therefore, the plant meets its rated output on the first run.

Next, our engineers draw the process flow and electrical diagrams. So you see the full design before we build. Meanwhile, we confirm the brand list with you. Then we produce the skid or container in our own factory. Furthermore, we test and run the plant before shipping. Hence, you receive a system that already works.

After delivery, our engineer installs and commissions the plant on site. So your staff learns to operate and clean the system. Meanwhile, we hand over manuals and spare part lists. Therefore, your team gains full control from day one. Hence, the plant keeps producing water for many years.

Applications we serve

Our SWRO desalination projects reach many industries and sites. So ships and offshore platforms use our compact marine skids. Meanwhile, island resorts and hotels use our containerized plants. Furthermore, farms and greenhouses use our brackish water systems for irrigation. Hence, one supplier covers very different water needs.

We also serve towns, factories, and mining camps. So villages get safe drinking water from the sea. Meanwhile, factories get low-salt process water for their lines. Furthermore, remote camps get a reliable supply without a pipeline. Hence, our plants solve water shortages in hard places.

Project 1: 50 TPD marine SWRO plant on a ship

SWRO desalination projects

This SWRO desalination project sits on board a working vessel. So the plant must run in a tight engine space. Therefore, we built a compact skid at 300 by 120 by 200 centimeters. Meanwhile, the full unit weighs about 4,000 kilograms. Hence, the crew fits it into the ship without heavy civil work.

The plant turns seawater into safe drinking water at sea. So it takes feed water up to 35,000 ppm TDS. Meanwhile, the product water drops below 15 ppm TDS. Therefore, the output meets World Health Organization drinking water standards. Furthermore, the system produces 50 cubic meters every day.

We chose a two-pass reverse osmosis design for very low salt. So the first pass reaches 98 to 99 percent salt rejection. Meanwhile, the second pass polishes the water further. For the membranes, we used Toray RO membranes, models TM820-400 and TM720-400. Hence, the plant delivers stable quality in rough marine conditions.

A duplex-steel high-pressure plunger pump drives the first pass. So the pump resists seawater corrosion for years. Meanwhile, a CNP secondary pump feeds the polishing stage. The control system uses a Mitsubishi PLC and a Weinview touch screen. Furthermore, Schneider breakers and Danfoss pressure switches protect the plant. Hence, the crew runs everything from one simple panel.

The result is clean water without a shore connection. So the vessel stays independent on long trips. Meanwhile, the crew avoids buying and storing bottled water. Therefore, the ship saves cost and cargo space. Hence, the plant pays back over many voyages.

Project 2: 200 TPD containerized SWRO plant in the Maldives

SWRO desalination projects

This SWRO desalination project supplies fresh water on a Maldives island. So we packed the whole plant into one 40-foot high-cube container. Therefore, the client only prepared a flat base and power. Meanwhile, we fitted air conditioners, lights, and fans inside. Hence, the plant works well in hot, humid island weather.

The system produces 200 cubic meters of water each day. So it runs 24 hours without a break. Meanwhile, it takes seawater near 35,000 ppm TDS. Therefore, the product water falls below 500 ppm TDS. Furthermore, the plant holds salt rejection above 99 percent at 40 percent recovery.

We fitted twelve seawater RO membrane elements from LG Chem. So the plant reaches full flow with strong rejection. For the high-pressure duty, we used a high-pressure pump from Danfoss, the APP26 at 55 kilowatts. Meanwhile, CNP raw water pumps and SEKO dosing units handle pretreatment. Hence, the plant runs steady with low maintenance.

A Mitsubishi PLC and Weinview HMI automate the container. So the plant flushes membranes and stops on alarms by itself. Meanwhile, Schneider low-voltage parts protect the motors. Therefore, one operator can manage the whole island supply. Hence, the resort gets safe water without a big technical team.

Project 3: 10 TPH containerized SWRO for a five-star resort

This SWRO desalination project serves a five-star hotel in the Maldives. So the resort needed reliable water for guests, kitchens, and pools. Therefore, we built a containerized seawater plant at 10 tons per hour. Meanwhile, that output equals about 240 cubic meters each day. Hence, the hotel runs at full occupancy without water worries.

The container design keeps the plant clean and quiet. So the equipment stays protected from salt air and sun. Meanwhile, the skid holds pretreatment, high-pressure pumps, and RO membranes together. Therefore, we shipped it ready to run. Furthermore, our engineer commissioned the plant and trained the resort staff on site.

We matched the membranes and pumps to resort-grade water quality. So the plant delivers clear, low-salt water for hospitality use. Meanwhile, corrosion-resistant duplex steel protects the high-pressure section. Therefore, the plant lasts long in a coastal setting. Hence, the resort protects its guest experience every day.

Project 4: 200 TPH UF + Brackish RO for a Saudi date farm

This project waters a date palm farm near Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. So the farm needed a large, steady irrigation supply. Therefore, we built a combined ultrafiltration and brackish reverse osmosis plant. Meanwhile, the design blends streams to reach about 200 tons per hour. Hence, the date trees receive the right water all year.

The plant treats brackish surface water from a reservoir. So the pretreatment must remove turbidity and organics first. Therefore, we used a disc filter, a UV sterilizer, and dosing systems. Meanwhile, an ultrafiltration stage produces 166 tons per hour. Furthermore, the UF membranes remove bacteria and particles above 99 percent.

After ultrafiltration, the water flows to the brackish RO stage. So the main RO train produces 141 tons per hour. Meanwhile, that stage reaches 85 percent recovery and strong desalination. For the membranes, we used a brackish water RO membrane from DuPont FilmTec. Hence, the plant cuts salt while saving feed water.

Large CNP high-pressure pumps drive the RO trains. So the 110-kilowatt units push the needed pressure and flow. Meanwhile, SEKO dosing systems control scale and chlorine. Therefore, the membranes stay clean for longer runs. Furthermore, smaller RO trains polish part of the flow to lower salt. Hence, the farm mixes streams for the exact irrigation quality.

The farm now irrigates its date palms with steady water. So the trees grow well in a dry climate. Meanwhile, the two-stage design keeps salt low for the roots. Therefore, the farm protects its yield each season. Hence, the plant turns poor water into a real farming asset.

Quality and certification behind every plant

We run our own factory, so we control every build step. Meanwhile, our quality team tests each product before delivery. Our systems hold ISO 9001 quality management certification. Furthermore, our stainless-steel products carry CE and EN certification. Hence, each SWRO desalination project meets strict international standards.

Owning the factory also keeps our prices fair and direct. So you buy first-hand, without extra middlemen. Meanwhile, we source 80 percent of raw materials from famous global makers. Therefore, quality stays high while cost stays reasonable. Hence, you get strong value for a long-life plant.

Our record shows this approach works in the field. So we finished over 100 projects across many countries. Meanwhile, our satisfaction rate stays above 99.5 percent. Therefore, buyers return to us for new plants. Hence, our references speak louder than any brochure.

Brands we build with

We only fit parts from trusted global suppliers. So our membranes come from DuPont, LG Chem, Toray, and similar makers. Meanwhile, our high-pressure and feed pumps come from Danfoss, Grundfos, and CNP. For control, we use Mitsubishi PLCs, Weinview screens, and Schneider low-voltage gear. Hence, every SWRO desalination project runs on proven components.

Good brands alone do not make a good plant. So our engineers size each part for the real feed water. Meanwhile, we test the full system before it leaves our factory. Therefore, the plant reaches its rated flow and quality on site. Hence, you avoid surprises during commissioning.

After-sales support you can rely on

A desalination plant needs care over its whole life. So we back every SWRO desalination project with long-term support. Meanwhile, we offer a warranty of 12 to 24 months by project. Furthermore, we reply to every service request within 24 hours. Hence, you never face a water problem alone.

We also supply spare parts and membranes for years. So you can plan clean-in-place cycles and replacements easily. Meanwhile, our team guides your operators by phone and message. Therefore, small issues rarely grow into big stops. Hence, your plant keeps a high uptime.
